Grateful Dead - Egypt 78 inspired Bolo Tie Jasper 14k gold plated hardwareThis is by far my favorite bolo in the collection. This piece is dedicated to their three night run in Egypt in 1978. The final night of their 3 night run was during a lunar eclipse. There is so much history behind these performances. The stone is a picture Jasper, meant to embody the desert and pyramids. The "dead" cut out on the back of the piece is a symbol they used to represent this performance. The ankh represents eternal life after death, just
