The sleeves are cut a little extra long and narrow down in at the cuffs so that it bunches slightly on the arm

It is incredibly simple and all the detailing is achieved through elastic - a full 13" panel through the torso and over the hip is done in an elastic so that the dress hugs your every curve like a second skin

Both pieces are fully interlined  in a soft peach silk chiffon with chiffon ribbon finished edges and weights in the top and french seams in the skirt
