The skirt of the piece is entirely ringed with hand placed rows of ostrich feathers

1990s Corset Back Ozbek Dress designer-balenciaga Made of a beautiful silkEarly nineties Ozbek dress that is unusual and sexy. It is virtually backless and has the added allure of a corset back that laces up so sexy! It fits and skims over the bodice and the waist and then the skirt flares out in a saucy swirly fullness. The neckline is very avant garde and it took me a few tries to sort it out but I think it works best ties as shown the attached ties are quite long so you could style it several ways! Excellent condition
